In the event that any information is subsequently found to be false, misleading, or materially incorrect, PANKHUDI SOFTWARE, BENGALURU (the “Client”) reserves the right to cancel the concerned services without prior notice.

Upon such cancellation due to misrepresentation or false disclosure, any amount paid shall be non-refundable. However, refund requests, if any, shall be subject to the sole discretion of the Client.

This policy has been framed by the Client, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka.
