• All payments made for the services availed, paid through the digital services provided by PANKHUDI SOFTWARE, BENGALURU (the “Client”) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• It is the sole responsibility of the user to review and understand the eligibility criteria before submitting any application or renewal request.
• No refund shall be granted in the event a user later determines that they are ineligible for availing the services.
• This refund policy has been formulated by the Client and shall be binding on all users.
• All terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka.
